This website is operated by The Arts Pledge, a nonprofit subsidiary of Greencliff Group Ltd. registered in England and Wales (Company No: 11693360).

2. Use of Website

We reserve the right to suspend access for breaches.

3. Membership Terms

3.1 Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals or organisations meeting our criteria.

3.2 Fees

Membership fees are payable annually unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Renewal

Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal date (if applicable).

3.4 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership for breach of conduct or non-payment.

4. Event Bookings

4.1 Registration

Places at events are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4.2 Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before event: refund less admin fee
  • Cancellations within 14 days before the event: non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply

4.3 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4.4 Photography and Recording

Events organised by The Arts Pledge may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, educational, or reporting purposes.

By attending an event, participants consent to the use of such materials unless they notify the event organisers in writing prior to the event.

4.5 Responsibility of Attendees

Individuals and organisations booking places at Arts Pledge events are responsible for ensuring that all attendees comply with these Terms and Conditions and with any event guidance issued prior to the event.

Where attendees are participating on behalf of an organisation (such as a school, cultural organisation, or partner institution), that organisation is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision and duty of care for its participants.

4.6 Health, Safety and Accessibility

Attendees are responsible for notifying The Arts Pledge in advance of any accessibility, medical, or dietary requirements where relevant to the safe participation in events.

While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

We are not responsible for payment processor outages or third-party service interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, branding, publications, and event materials) is owned by or licensed to The Arts Pledge. 

You may not reproduce content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Code of Conduct

Members and event attendees must behave respectfully and professionally.

We reserve the right to remove individuals from events without refund for inappropriate conduct.

9. Privacy

Use of this website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
